Croatian Nautical Hub provides marina listings, maritime service directories, interactive maps, weather information, fuel intelligence, free maritime resources, and subscription-based digital tools. The platform is provided for informational and directory purposes only.
Our platform includes business listings for marinas, nautical service providers, mechanics, fuel providers, charter-related services, marine professionals, and other maritime businesses. Listings may be compiled from publicly available information and independent manual research. Listing information may include business names, addresses, coordinates, phone numbers, email addresses, websites, working hours, service categories, and factual notes about services offered. We do not guarantee that listing information is complete, current, or error-free. Business owners or authorised representatives may contact us to request corrections, updates, or removal of a listing.
Premium features may be offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are personal to the account holder, non-transferable, and valid for the selected subscription period. Subscriber access may include enhanced listings, map features, maritime intelligence, service directories, and other digital tools. We may modify, improve, add, or remove platform features from time to time.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and available payment methods are shown at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable Croatian consumer protection law and EU consumer rules. For digital services that begin immediately after purchase, users may be asked to acknowledge that access starts immediately and that certain withdrawal rights may be affected where permitted by law.
All platform content, design, branding, software, layout, database structure, curated data, and original written content are owned by Croatian Nautical Hub or licensed to us. Unauthorised copying, scraping, reproduction, redistribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of the platform or its database is prohibited. Users may access the platform only for lawful personal or internal business use.
The platform may include information about third-party businesses and links to external websites. Croatian Nautical Hub does not control third-party websites, services, prices, availability, opening hours, terms, or policies. Users should verify important information directly with the relevant provider before making decisions, bookings, payments, or travel plans.
Croatian Nautical Hub is not an official maritime authority and does not provide professional navigation, legal, safety, emergency, weather, or operational advice. Weather data, radar information, fuel data, marina information, service listings, and maritime resources are provided for general information only. Users remain solely responsible for navigation decisions, vessel operation, route planning, safety checks, legal compliance, and consultation of official maritime authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted under Croatian law, Croatian Nautical Hub shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, navigation errors, outdated information, third-party service failures, weather inaccuracies, marina availability, business listing inaccuracies, or decisions made based on platform information. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
We aim to provide reliable platform access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the platform for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or business reasons.
Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data, account data, cookies, analytics, payment-related data, and business listing information are handled.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Croatian courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised last updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
