Croatian Nautical Hub compiles and publishes maritime business listings, including marinas, nautical service providers, marine mechanics, fuel providers, charter-related services, and other relevant Adriatic maritime businesses. Listing information may include business names, addresses, coordinates, phone numbers, email addresses, websites, working hours, service categories, and factual notes about services offered. This information is researched manually and compiled from publicly available sources, including company websites, public directories, official sources, and other publicly accessible business information.
If you are a business owner, authorised representative, or affected person and believe that a listing is inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or should not appear on the platform, you may contact us to request correction, update, or removal. We will review such requests within a reasonable time. Where personal data is involved, applicable GDPR rights may apply.
We use secure third-party infrastructure providers, including Supabase for database and authentication services. Data is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA) or in jurisdictions recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection, or otherwise protected by appropriate safeguards. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as PayPal. Certain personal data may be shared with payment providers where necessary for transaction processing, fraud prevention, compliance, accounting, and subscription management. Payment providers may act as independent controllers or processors according to their own terms and privacy policies. Croatian Nautical Hub does not store full payment card, bank account, or payment account details.
